I received a call Monday morning and an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. That's very fast service. Furthermore, Amir drove over 2.5 hours to address the mold problem. Amir & Dean arrived on time and quickly assessed the problems with both furnaces. Amir took videos with his cell phone that show one furnace was clean but needed to be sanitized to get rid of the mold smell.
